This policy applies to all bookings made with Marmaris VIP Transfer, operated by Jimbo Turizm Ltd. Şti.
A deposit payment (30%) is required to confirm all bookings.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
If the customer does not show up at the agreed time and location, no refund will be issued.
We monitor flight arrivals. In case of delays, your transfer will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
